All handmade jewelry is made with care and attention to details. Rough handling or improper storage may result in discoloration and/or damage. Please store jewelry in a humidity free area and avoid excessive pulling on jewelry components. Please keep all jewelry moisture free, meaning please do not swim, bathe, or spray perfume while wearing your jewelry.

All jewelry ships to you in a complimentary cardboard gift box with ribbon.

Many of the jewelry pieces are available in larger quantities to accommodate bridal parties and group gifts. Please contact me for availability if you are seeking a larger quantity.

All handmade items with the exception of custom orders can be returned if not to your satisfaction within 3 days of receipt, unworn, free of smells, undamaged in resellable condition, and in original gift box. Once item is received, a refund of the item price less a 20% restocking fee will be provided. Buyer pays shipping both ways in the event of an exchange. I highly recommend tracking on returns/exchanges so there is evidence the item has been returned. Refunds will not be issued if the item is not back in my hands in original condition.

A note on shipping...all orders are shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy. Please make sure that this address is correct prior to finalizing your order. You are responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address that you did not update in your Etsy account. Shipping charges are non refundable. Should your package be returned to sender, a refund will be provided on the item price alone less shipping charges.

All customers from the European Union must contact me prior to shipment acknowledging and accepting the possibility of being charged a Value Added Tax (VAT) on the import of merchandise. To expedite the process, please leave a note on the invoice when you checkout.
